Right, but Sen. Lee seems to rely on courts to police vague stat. delegations. Idea would be to avoid/proscribe delegations in 1st place.

    @kausmickey Those are mutually reinforcing, though right? If w/o Chevron courts can check delegation, Congress is *forced* to do its job.
