Is Rubio promising that all our citizens will be able to buy a home in 10 years if they start with nothing today and work hard?
The only way for that to happen is to get wages up. Is he going to support a minimum wage that is a living wage?
Both of Rubio’s parents were union workers in Los Vegas. Marco Rubio participated in a march for higher wages for them. That probably led to the house purchase.
Funny how the Rubio of today would be against the union and the union wages that were essential to his parents’ success. Also the Rubios were helped by the fact that there were few immigrants coming in to compete with them for labor. Marco Rubio wants much higher levels of legal immigration, I wonder why?
