Not saying Giuliani's Hopkins-he might be wrong/disreputable/corrupt. So impeach Trump because you don't like his Ukraine policy (even though they got arms). Don't dress it in pompous Constitutional clothes as if blowing off the foreign service is somehow an attack on democracy.
