PS Biden rallies bogged down with old-school trappings–thank yous to various officials/spouses. But Bill Shaheen, Sen. Shaheen's spouse, was impressive. Had a tough job–rallying GOTV for a tanking candidate. A few strong, well-chosen words and he's done–Johnny Cash style.
