In fact, if Trump is smart he’ll release his own version of “Abundance”–attacking the “legalistic commitment to fragmentary proceduralism,” maybe with more suburbs. That could end the idea that it’s an election-deciding partisan issue-unless it’d decide election in favor of GOP
