Bass wants to run against Pratt in the runoff.
Raman mostly just wants to make the runoff, but needs to steal Bass votes and justify her candidacy. Suspect she’d also rather run against Pratt. (Her campaign would be “MAGA! MAGA! MAGA!

Pratt was very good, talked in plain language
Raman talks like an urban planning apparatchik; She did accuse Pratt of being MAGA. Might hurt him. He didn’t answer it, but no evidence of it either.
Bass talks a LOT. She loves the word “comprehensive.”
