Emphasis on diversity seems most obvious current ESG weak spot. But if non-DEI firms can’t outperform DEI firms (assuming they can get capital) then maybe DEI’s not so bad after all. (This argument would not apply to non-outsourcing firms-they’ll lose but that doesn’t end debate)
