Garcetti keeps promoting his anti-car plan by promising that it will be worse than you would imagine.
I thought he was going to push it by saying that drivers will make very minor sacrifices while buses and bicycles will get big boosts, so it will be a reasonable tradeoff. But instead he says it will punish drivers severely.
I don’t get it.
