If you have a realistic, non-legal, punditish view of SCOTUS (which I have) you’d think Trump’s aggressive posture on the FCC and speech will make the court more likely to rule against him on tariffs–ie ‘this guy needs some kind of brush back’ & tariffs are a safe place to do it
